Who We Are
Uncensored Access is operated by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME] (“UA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information through uncensoredaccess.com and communications about the site. Contact us at contact@uncensoredaccess.com with privacy questions or requests.
UA publishes conversations and resources about adult-industry work, consent, health, safety, ownership, and culture. Visiting this site does not tell us that you work in the adult industry or establish anything about your sexual orientation, health, or private life.
What This Policy Covers
This policy covers the current informational preview. Email signup is unavailable in this version. We will update this policy before enabling signup or introducing materially different information collection. If you send us an email, we still receive the information you choose to include.
Third-party sites, platforms, and services linked from UA have their own privacy practices. This policy does not govern their handling of information after you leave our site.
Information You Provide
If you contact us, we receive your email address, any name or alias you use, the content of your message, and any attachments or other information you provide. We use that information to respond, address the issue you raise, and maintain appropriate records of the correspondence.
An alias is welcome unless your request requires us to verify your identity or authority. Please do not email identity documents, medical records, passwords, explicit images, or another person’s private information unless we have first agreed on a necessary and appropriate way to receive it. You do not need to disclose your occupation or sexual history to ask a question or make a privacy request.
Information Associated With Site Visits
Our hosting and infrastructure providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. Depending on the service, this can include an IP address, requested page, request time, browser or device information, and error or security information. We use available technical information to operate the site, troubleshoot problems, and investigate misuse.
The site also includes Netlify Real User Monitoring, which measures loading speed, responsiveness, and visual stability. Netlify describes this measurement as aggregated and not requiring browser cookies. This is performance measurement, not a basis for UA to infer a visitor’s identity, occupation, health, or sexual interests.
Browser Storage and Tracking
The age confirmation uses browser session storage to remember that you selected “Yes, Enter” during your browsing session. This is a yes-or-no entry choice; it does not collect your date of birth or verify your identity. Session storage is generally cleared when the browser tab or session ends, although browser restoration behavior can vary. You can also clear site data through your browser settings.
The current preview does not provide an optional analytics preference panel. Its performance measurement is described above. We do not use the preview to build advertising profiles or deliberately track you across unrelated websites. Legacy browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change the preview’s behavior. We do not treat a Global Privacy Control signal as permission to sell or share personal information; we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Links to other websites are not embedded social feeds. When you choose to follow a link, the destination and its service providers may collect information under their own policies. Browser, network, and destination settings can affect what is disclosed.
Why We Use Information
We use personal information to deliver and maintain the site; respond to messages and requests; address accessibility, rights, and safety concerns; prevent abuse; maintain records necessary for those purposes; and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use a privacy or safety report as marketing permission.
Who Receives Information
People authorized to operate UA may access information when needed for their responsibilities. We use Netlify for website hosting and associated technical services, Cloudflare for domain infrastructure and email routing, and email services to receive and answer correspondence. These providers receive the information needed for their functions. Domain management does not mean that all website traffic is routed through Cloudflare.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers when needed for confidential advice; in response to valid legal process or applicable law; or when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or protect people, rights, and the security of our services. We limit disclosures to what is appropriate for the purpose.
We do not sell personal information, provide our contact list to sponsors for their own marketing, or publish private contact details merely because someone communicates with UA. Any future transfer of the operation that includes personal information must remain subject to applicable law and appropriate notice about material changes in handling.
Sensitive Communications and Publication
A private inquiry, request, or report is not permission to publish your name, likeness, message, or story.
We will seek separate permission before using private correspondence as a testimonial or identified contributor story. This does not restrict lawful reporting based on independently obtained information or disclosures required by law.
Email is not an anonymous reporting channel or an emergency service. We cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality, anonymity, or protection from legal disclosure. If a matter is especially sensitive, contact us first without sending detailed identifying information so we can discuss an appropriate next step.
How Long We Keep Information
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Relevant considerations include whether correspondence or a request remains active, the need to investigate an issue, applicable legal requirements, and the need to document our response or resolve a dispute.
Information no longer needed is deleted or de-identified. Technical logs and backups follow the applicable provider’s retention and deletion processes. A deletion request may not immediately remove residual backup copies; we restrict their use and allow them to expire through the relevant backup cycle. A legal preservation obligation may require us to retain particular records longer.
Your Choices and Requests
You can ask us to explain what personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or delete information we no longer need. Send requests to contact@uncensoredaccess.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. You may also tell us which communication channel is safe to use when replying.
Depending on your location and the law that applies to UA, you may have additional rights, including access, a portable copy, restriction of processing, objection, withdrawal of consent, an appeal of a decision, or a complaint to a relevant regulator. We will handle applicable legal rights within the required timeframes and explain any applicable exception or limitation. You may ask us to reconsider a decision by replying to our response; where a statutory appeal right applies, we will provide the required instructions.
We may ask for limited information to verify a request or an authorized representative’s authority. We will not ask for more information than reasonably necessary, and you should not send an identity document unless we specifically explain why it is needed and how to provide it securely. We will not penalize you for exercising applicable privacy rights. A request does not require an account with UA.
Security and Processing Locations
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the information we handle. No website, email system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. If a security incident requires notice under applicable law, we will provide that notice.
UA operates from the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Privacy protections differ by location. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use the required safeguards. Simply visiting the site is not treated as consent to waive those protections.
Age Restrictions
UA is intended for people who are at least 18 and have reached the legal age of majority where they live. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from people who do not meet that standard. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.
Changes to This Policy
We will post updates here and change the effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice when appropriate and obtain consent where required. A revised policy does not retroactively authorize a use that requires your permission. Contact: contact@uncensoredaccess.com.
